Integrity & Compliance Manager reports directly to I&C Director for the MERTA Region and is responsible for driving Integrity & Compliance in the MERTA Region with a focus on Russia and CIS. This position provides integrity and compliance training, leading and conducting investigations in the region, evaluates integrity and compliance trends, monitors compliance with anti-corruption policy, develops I&C strategies and drives processes and controls to reduce risks.
In addition to driving compliance with the Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, the position will work closely with business leaders to tailor the compliance program to address risks (with particular focus on anti-corruption).
The position will also require close collaboration with functional experts in areas relating to the anti-corruption, trade controls, and data privacy.
Drive culture of integrity & Compliance – training & tools
Provide training to employees and certain third parties on various aspects of the
Code of Business Conduct and related compliance matters
Conduct site reviews and focus groups
Develop and deploy tools to monitor the effectiveness of the integrity and compliance program and drive improvements, including preparing and presenting metrics to leadership teams. Root cause analysis & monitoring anti-corruption policy compliance
Leads and conducts investigations on business conduct incident reports
Manage compliance with applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations
Review due diligence packages and gifts and hospitality requests for compliance with internal policies. Regional and functional involvement in driving Integrity &
Compliance from business & functional perspective
Active involvement in regional Integrity & Compliance councils
Implementation of MOS with each of HR, Global Security, Corporate Audit, and Law department functions to ensure close cross-functional alignment
Partner with Procurement to drive social responsibility audits and implementation of
Supplier Code of Business Conduct Job requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree in
Business Administration, Law or related discipline
2- 5 years’ relevant experience preferably from a law firm or from the audit or compliance department of a multinational company
Experience conducting investigations and providing compliance training. Adheres to the highest ethical standards
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent team player who can work with multiple stakeholders and divergent viewpoints Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize, process and follow through on multiple (sometimes competing) tasks
Fluent in English; Fluent in Russian (oral and written).
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
