To meet the challenges of Engageya’s massively expanding business we are looking for an
Executive VP Sales to grow business relationships and increase revenues.
- Create, manage and grow relationships with Publishers, key brands, agencies & direct advertisers to consistently achieve and exceed media and revenue goals
- Independently build and manage a robust pipeline of leads, pursue and close deals
- Build a local team of Sales managers & directors
- Manage presentations, build relationships and negotiate contracts
- Interact with the Ad Ops team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign delivery and accounts’ growth!
- Comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem and client needs/requirements in order to intelligently manage and upsell the platform
- Hunter with passion for digital advertising and hunger to succeed and exceed
- English – must
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a digital media company in Sales business related role
- Other skillset: Salesmanship, Customer service orientation, Advanced Excel
- Managerial and professional growth potential (motivated and capable to grow within the company)
The candidate has to be very familiar with the Media market in Russia.
He/She needs to have relationships with Media Agencies (MEC, MindShare, OMD, etc…) and Advertisers of all kinds (direct local advertisers and global brands).
