KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·    Perform helpdesk support calls, meet service levels, and resolve user issues quickly and efficiently

·   Install anti-virus software on IT infrastructure as necessary

·   Setup and configure phones for staff who wish to have access to corporate phone systems while travelling or working from home

·  Check company phones when they are returned ensure they are protected by company MDM solution

·   Build new laptops for users

·   Inventory Workstations

·   Audit network ports

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

·    At least one years’ experience supporting a Microsoft Windows IT environment

·    Experience of using a support desk system

·    Knowledge of supporting basic network security tasks

Skills – Essential

·   English – upper-intermediate

·   Good troubleshooting skills

·   Professional IT qualification desirable

Personal Qualities – Essential

·   Eager to learn about new technologies and understand how they may be applied

·    Collaborative

·    Good communicator
